Cultivating Life Force Part II: Why It's Time To Worship The Sun Again
The sun, our life-giving star, has been demonized for over half a century. This isn't merely misguided; it's a deliberate attack on human vitality. Humans are inherently solar-powered beings.
DISCLAIMER: I am not a medical professional. The information below consists of my opinions and observations, inspired by a personal health crisis that taught me to address energy loss with natural methods. I rely on common sense, research, and data from broad-spectrum frequency measurements of the human electromagnetic field, a modality not recognized by modern medicine. Nothing I say should be considered medical advice. You should still call 911 in case of emergency.

Once upon a time, self-healing was innate to humans. Today, recovering from a chronic disease without resorting to a cocktail of drugs, surgeries, or radioactive treatments is seen as a statistical anomaly in the pharmaceutical-dominated landscape. We are living in the modern version of Plato's Cave, where scientifically cloaked narratives manipulate the masses. One of the most insidious of these narratives has driven a wedge between us and natural light.
The multitudinous ways in which we try to limit our exposure to the sun’s life-promoting rays - from toxic creams to constant shades - and replace it with blue light - from microwave gadgets to LEDs - undermine our energy metabolism. When combined with other modern lifestyle factors, sun avoidance has become a key linchpin in our collective health crisis.
The positive flip side is that if we understand the forces at play and the role the sun can play in reversing their effect, we can redefine the game.
THE SUN PROTECTION INDUSTRIAL COMPLEX
Plants and flowers seek the sun's embrace, and so do we. Every molecule of human life needs interaction with natural light. The sun activates pathways for critical neurotransmitters, hormones, amino acids, and cholesterol—the building blocks of cells and life.
Moderate sun exposure, avoiding sunburn, is a powerful hack for wellbeing. Without the sun, other biohacking tricks and medical protocols are bound to fail.
A plethora of studies claim that excessive sun exposure causes millions of skin cancers annually and that half of Americans over 65 will develop some form of skin cancer due to sun exposure. Yet, before the 1970s, when we began obsessively blocking sunlight with clothing, sunglasses, and sunscreens, skin cancer rates were negligible.
The subsequent explosion of skin cancer and macular degeneration is significantly linked to reduced light exposure, chronic vitamin D deficiency, and the surge in endocrine-disrupting chemicals from sunscreens, which directly sabotage the thyroid's ability to regulate energy production. Most commercial sunscreens contain harmful endocrine disruptors, parabens, and carcinogens.
I learned this when I first began scrutinizing labels after I became disillusioned with the food industry. I realized that anything we ingest or apply to our skin ends up in our bloodstream.
People who rarely spend time in the sun, wear sunscreen and shades when they do, and work under blue light conditions might as well be in hostile enemy territory regarding their health-span expectancy.
The significant correlation of skin cancer rates with sunscreen use is known as the "sunscreen paradox." Experts have convenient explanations for this statistical anomaly, attributing it to "incorrect application," "too little sunscreen," or other mental gymnastics.
In 2014, a Swedish study of 29,000 women found a reverse correlation between sun exposure and skin cancer. Sun avoiders had twice the mortality rate of sunbathers due to a lack of sun-derived vitamin D. The study received zero media attention.
Studies correlating sunburn with skin cancer fail to reveal that excess sun represents a fractional percentage compared to the total cancers that dominate sun-avoidant demographics.
The reality is this: when we avoid sunburn, focusing on morning and evening exposure to the entire body, we reap immense benefits that no biohacking trick, gadget, or pill can replicate.
This whole-body exposure includes the genitals. Before the pharmaceutical takeover of medicine, doctors recommended daily genital sunbathing for both men and women to enhance fertility, hormonal balance, mood, and immunity.
The Ancient Greeks exercised nude on sunny beaches to boost their physique, vitality, and fertility. Statues of Adonis, the god of fertility, depict him basking in the sun's rays. His brothers on the Olympic team were also flagrant exhibitionists for the same reason. Energy.
When we upgrade our relationship with the sun and listen to our bodies, it all starts to make sense.
Greeting the morning sun activates our cortisol cycle (the primary energy hormone) while bidding farewell to the setting sun triggers melatonin (the sleep hormone) production. This single daily habit translates to deeper sleep and more daytime energy, which means accomplishing more in less time, leaving more time for meaningful activities - like basking in the sun.
Sun deficit is the fastest way to energy deficiency, depression, and sleep cycle disruptions, which is why the anti-sun narrative has been an exceptionally powerful tool in undermining our well-being.
Even Hollywood was weaponized in the 1970s to propagate the sun psyop. Sunglasses became fashionable as celebrities donned them for "protection" amidst a rise in skin cancer cases, conveniently coinciding with the birth of the sunscreen and sunglass industries.
With sunglasses, we filter out important spectra from the sun’s frequencies. Ironically, sunglasses can also cause sunburn. By blocking UVB light, they prevent the production of α-MSH in our pituitary gland, the hormone responsible for melanin production, which is our body's natural defense against sunburn.
Healthy levels of α-MSH also inhibit appetite, counter inflammation, and boost reproductive health. Thus, it makes sense to block this hormone if you want an overweight, fatigued, low-libido population that is easily controlled.
Sun avoidance weakens our critical thinking and response by attacking our biochemistry and hormones. It's a subtle form of control. Understanding this is a crucial step in resisting the narratives that keep us trapped.
A CENTURY OF MANUFACTURED NARRATIVES
Chronic diseases, the major metabolic killers of today, like cardiovascular disease and cancer, were rare in the early 20th century. Infectious diseases caused up to two-thirds of total deaths. In a few decades, better sanitation, hygiene, sewage systems, antibiotics, clean water supplies, and other public health measures wiped out microbial killers.
Vaccines appeared only after 99 percent of infectious pandemics had been vanquished, though pharmaceutical companies took credit for their eradication. When pharma reps boast about "science" saving us in the 20th century, they conveniently omit the fact that chronic disease has also become the dominant killer in the last 100 years, just as infectious diseases were a century ago.
We swapped one major cause of death for another while no one was paying attention. Today, the global chronic disease plague is accelerating, and soon, nearly everyone will be affected by a spectrum of debilitating conditions.
The asymmetric attack against our well-being began in earnest after World War II. Natural medicine was decimated as the pharmaceutical industry captured healthcare, medical education, and regulation, leaving only allopathic medicine standing.
Fluoride, a neurotoxin used by Stalin to subdue prisoners, was introduced into our drinking water in 1945. Seed oils, popularized after the war due to a scarcity of animal fats, led to the first warnings to "reduce cholesterol" in the 1970s. The rise of low-fat diets in the 80s, fueled by dietary guidelines, resulted in a dramatic increase in obesity, diabetes, and heart disease in the following decades.
Cholesterol, a crucial component of cell membranes and a precursor to vital hormones, became the villain. Seed oils also disrupted women's hormonal balance, often misdiagnosed as early menopause, and similarly affected men's masculinity.
The 80s saw the introduction of mandatory vaccinations, significantly increasing heavy metal exposure in children. This contributed to cognitive decline and a sharp rise in autism rates. Notably, none of the mandated vaccines have placebo-controlled safety studies. If current trends continue, half of all children born in 2030 will be autistic.
Let that sink in. Half of the next generation may be rendered dysfunctional by a single manmade neurodegenerative condition.
Starting in the 90s, heavy metals were sprayed on a mass scale through weather modification programs, accumulating in our yards and agricultural fields. This increased toxicity in our food supply, with aluminum becoming a staple in our biochemistry, contributing to neurodegenerative diseases like Alzheimer's.
Processed foods replaced natural foods, introducing countless industrial chemicals into our diets and further polluting our water, air, and soil. Glyphosate, a carcinogenic endocrine and gut disruptor, has become ubiquitous.
Then there's the invisible assault. EMF radiation from cellphones, starting in the 90s and intensifying with 4G and 5G, targets our brains, reproductive systems, and thyroid glands - with total denial from the telecommunications industry.
It's not about singling out one culprit; it's about the synergistic effect of these multiple attacks. Take fluoride, for example. Combined with aluminum from various sources, it enhances brain degeneration. Add glyphosate and seed oils, and you disrupt the gut, hormones, and immune system, leading to depression and identity issues. Add sunscreens to block vitamin D, undermine energy metabolism, and introduce carcinogens and endocrine disruptors. Add microwaves to damage cells and allow heavy metals into the brain. Add social media for dopamine addiction and junk food for obesity. Cap it off with behavioral manipulation through algorithms and cultural narratives.
The sun protection narrative may seem minor compared to the above. But it plays a central role in attacking the primary organs that control our energy production and metabolism, especially the mitochondria and thyroid.
Hypothyroidism is massively undiagnosed but contributes significantly to the modern tsunami of fatigue, weight gain, gut issues, digestive problems, cold sensitivity, depression, irregular menstruation, and fertility issues—the opposite of libido for life being Thanatos ("destructive urges").
In the 2020s, what previously amounted to a gradual depopulation effort has been radically accelerated with the deadly genius of mRNA vaccines. These new-generation medical innovations debilitate and kill us randomly with spike proteins and disarm our natural ability to fight cancer cells.
Make no mistake. The agenda is clear: weaken and reduce the population, control the survivors, and reshape us into a shadow of our former selves.
After a million years of evolution, it took only a century to bring humanity to its knees. It’s time to defy this fate.
For anyone raising a child, the path is clear: dismantle these attacks and reintroduce healthy practices. Even children with neurological damage can heal through detoxification, real food, and sunlight.
Dr. Alexis Cowan, a renowned expert in light biology and metabolism with a PhD from Princeton University and known for her groundbreaking research on the health benefits of natural light, summarizes it best: "Light and sun are MORE important than diet and movement because your light environment will dictate your appetite, metabolic function, and quality of your movement. So even the perfect diet and movement practice will still come up short without a foundation of light and circadian optimization in creating long-term health."
Integrating sunlight also means tackling another threat: artificial blue light.
FROM FULL SPECTRUM TO BLUE LIGHT BLUES
When we integrate the full spectrum of sunlight, magic happens. But light can also be weaponized when it’s cut off from its source.
The sun's rays contain information in the form of frequencies that interact with our body through four types of light: UV light, Blue light, Red light, and Infrared light.
UVA light drives nitric oxide (NO) production in the body, a crucial signaling molecule for cardiovascular health, immune response, neural processes, muscle function, cell activities like apoptosis and gene expression, and the reproductive system. UVA also activates photoreceptors that regulate our circadian rhythm.
UVB light stimulates the production of Vitamin D (over two-thirds of our needs) and a multifunctional protein known as POMC, which plays a key role in ACTH production (a hormone that stimulates cortisol production), regulation of the adrenal glands, skin pigmentation, endorphin production, lipid metabolism, stress response, appetite regulation, energy homeostasis, and immune response. UVB makes us healthier, leaner, calmer, addiction-free, more empathetic, and cognitively sharper.
Red and infrared (IR) light directly stimulate mitochondria to increase cellular energy (ATP) production while accelerating wound healing, improving skin elasticity, and enhancing recovery.
Blue light signals the body that it's the middle of the day, calibrating circadian biosensors with melatonin and cortisol and helping us stay awake and energized. Unfortunately, overexposure to blue light from the rest of the spectra becomes a weapon. Living and working mostly indoors, with constant exposure to electronic screens, white LED light bulbs, white fluorescent bulbs, and windows that filter out the rest of the sunlight reverses the positive effects of sunlight.
Excess blue light destroys sleep quality, induces addictive behaviors, and causes ADHD-type symptoms with a short fuse and scattered mind. Longer term, circadian disruption contributes to insulin resistance, diabetes, and weight gain - a big factor in our obesity pandemic.
In summary, blue light dominance disrupts the crucial pathways for energy and well-being. These pathways include the amino acids tyrosine and tryptophan, which need sunlight to convert into thyroid hormones, melanin, and melatonin, which are essential for our physical, cognitive, and reproductive well-being.
Melanin not only protects us from UV radiation but also transduces solar energy, even splitting water molecules to create energy within the body. This explains the "rush" we feel after a proper sun exposure.
Dr. Alexis Jazmyn, with a Princeton PhD in light biology and metabolism, says, "Melanin is to mammals as chlorophyll is to plants."
Dr Jack Kruse, a renowned neurosurgeon, believes that blue light devices were deliberately introduced to make us more controllable, addicted, and prone to identity issues. Consider this within the context of the 20th century's assault on human health.
THE SACRED SUN
Throughout history, many ancient tribes and cultures worshipped the sun, recognizing it as a powerful and life-giving force. The Ancient Egyptians revered the sun god Ra, considered the king of the gods and creator of all life. Ra traveled across the sky in his solar ship, bringing light and warmth to the world during the day and journeying through the underworld at night to be reborn each morning. Temples dedicated to Ra, such as those at Heliopolis, were centers of religious activity, and pharaohs often associated themselves with Ra to legitimize their rule.
Similarly, the Inca civilization of South America worshipped the sun god Inti. Inti was central to the Inca religion, and the Sapa Inca, or emperor, was considered his direct descendant. The Inca built grand temples to honor Inti, the most famous being Coricancha in Cusco, adorned with gold to reflect the sun's brilliance. The sun was crucial to the Inca agricultural calendar, guiding planting and harvesting cycles.
Sun worship was also prevalent among the Aztecs, who honored Huitzilopochtli, the sun and war god. The Aztecs believed that Huitzilopochtli required human sacrifices to sustain his strength in the battle against darkness, which they performed to ensure the sun's continued rise each day.
The ancient Greeks honored Helios, the personification of the sun, who drove his chariot across the sky daily. Similarly, the ancient Romans adopted Helios into their pantheon as Sol Invictus, the "Unconquered Sun," who became especially important during the later Roman Empire. The Druids of ancient Celtic culture celebrated the summer solstice with elaborate rituals to honor the sun's peak power, aligning their stone circles, such as Stonehenge, with the sunrise. These diverse practices highlight the universal recognition of the sun's vital role in sustaining life and its symbolic representation of power, rebirth, and continuity.
What if all these cultures got it right, and their worship was not just spiritual or religious discipline but a method to ensure a healthy and productive community and progeny? Clearly, they were spot on about the sun's biophysical and biochemical effects on human biology, agriculture, and reproduction.
But a deeper secret may have been buried with the onset of modern reductionist science, which focuses on individual parts rather than the connectedness apparent in both the human body and the universe.
In his groundbreaking book "A New Science of Heaven," Robert Temple, a researcher into ancient history, science, and spirituality, explores the idea that the universe is mostly made of plasma—a supercharged state of matter that accounts for over 99% of what we see, including stars and the sun.
Plasma's ability to store and transmit information is comparable to how neurons work in the human brain. Solar flares and electromagnetic waves act like neural signals, interconnecting with other cosmic bodies and fields to form a vast, interconnected neural network, with every star and plasma cloud contributing to a greater cosmic intelligence.
Imagine basking in the sunrise or sunset, aligning your chemistry and mindset with the sun while contemplating that she may indeed be conscious. Worst-case scenario, the idea adds extra hues to the visuals and inspires new possibilities.
With the extra energy that we can gain from sun worship, we might have the opportunity to awaken and rise against the formidable forces unleashed upon humanity.
